Play 2.6.22 Release with Akka 2.5.21

Hi Play team,

is there any ETA for 2.6.22 release? I can see in milestones, that it will include Akka 2.5.21 update (https://github.com/playframework/playframework/pull/9142).

My reactive-kafka/alpakka update is blocked by older version of Akka in Play.

@lukas_b you can add explicit Akka dependencies to your project to update the version without waiting for Play 2.6.22.
