We are happy to announce the general availability of Alpakka Kafka 1.1.0-RC1.
We are bumping the minor version number because of the changes to the internals of how offset commits are sent to the Kafka broker.

Alpakka Kafka 1.1.0 final will be released in a few weeks if no blocker issues will be reported with this release candidate.
