# Has anyone attempted to use Akka in an Android application?

All the examples that I found online are over 5 years old, so I’m wondering if anyone has experience with trying something similar with todays libraries?

What challenges did you face and is it feasible to do so?

I also need to use Akka in Android. There are some old samples, some 100% Scala, in GitHub (just search “Akka Android”).
